As the 2030 Initiative grows, being joined by professional organizations and governing bodies, and with energy costs rising, energy efficient design will be a growing priority. Current design solutions, with client approval, include efficient lighting, daylighting, occupancy sensor control, high efficiency air conditioning equipment, system zoning, building energy management controls, energy and water metering, gray water design, low and no flow plumbing fixtures, efficient water heating solutions including solar water heating. Our firm offers Building Energy Energy Modeling and LEED documentation services.
