Frank joined the firm in October, 1997. He has experience in design of plumbing, fire protections, site utilities, power plant systems and has worked for a mechanical contractor.
As a consulting engineer, Frank has focused on plumbing design. He has designed domestic water, hot water, gas, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and fire protection systems for schools, banks, churches and offices. He has also designed plumbing site utilities, including lift stations and sanitary sewer extensions.
